Condimento Vinegar, Parco dei Sassi 100ml

The Parco Di Sassi ‘Condimento’ vinegar is produced in Modena, northern Italy. It has been aged for six months, which gives it a sweet, light flavour perfect for salads and strawberries. Although this vinegar comes from the Modena region, due to rules and regulations in Italy, this is not classified as a true balsamic vinegar due to its low acidic content. This is why it is named ‘condimento’.
