Volume Discounts & Special Offer Discounts

Volume discounts are available on all orders in excess of £750.00 including VAT. Discounts on the cost of delivery can be made on bulk orders to one address. Please ask for a quotation. 

Promotional codes are issued at various times of the year, which offer discounts. Please sign up to our emails to receive these.

Delivery or Collection of bulk orders

Delivery can be made to one or several addresses. Bulk orders on pallets to one or multiple addresses are sent throughout the UK on the Palletways network, (or with our own transport depending on location) to arrive on a date of your choosing. Gifts may also be collected personally from Bourne, Lincolnshire. Please call us on +44 (0) 1476 550 420 to book a time and date for your collection.

Payments

All orders must be accompanied by a signed cheque made payable to Vintners Ltd., or simply complete the credit card card section of our order form or web site payment page. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most debit cards.
You can also pay us online by BACS payment, please contact us for our bank account details. Credit accounts can be opened for corporate clients placing regular orders, subject to the usual references being taken and accepted. All accounts must be paid by the fifteenth of the month following date of invoice. Unpaid accounts will be charged at 1.5% interest for every calendar month or part thereof that the account remains unpaid. The first two orders are always payable in advance. Orders cannot be processed until your payment has been cleared and we are in receipt of all addresses with postal codes and greeting cards or compliment slips. We confirm your order by sending a VAT invoice by email or post. If you have not heard from us within ten days, please telephone to check your order has reached us. During December we cannot change an order once it has been acknowledged due to the speed of pack and despatch to ensure all orders arrive in good time for Christmas.
