Ingredients:
Dates Dark chocolate Cocktail sticks
Method
1. Create the heart shapes by cutting one date in half (removing the seed) and attaching one half to the side of a whole date with a cocktail stick 2. Melt the dark chocolate – either with the warmth of your heart, or by popping in the microwave for short blasts of 20 seconds at a time or over a bain-marie. 3. Hold the cocktail stick to dip the heart shaped date in the chocolate until completely covered. Allow to drip a little and then place on a non stick surface to cool and set. 4. Once set, remove the cocktail stick. 5. Remind the consumer that the whole date does still contain the seed when eating!
