Halloween Tapenade Toasts

Ingredients:

Black as Coal Cheddar, Lymn Bank Farm 200g
Hot Chilli Pate Tapenade, Villa Reale 180g (we used the hot chili, but you can choose your favourite, depending on the colour you would like to give to the face)
Pickled Gherkins, Drivers 350g
Pickled Mini Onions, Drivers 350g
Sicilian Olives, L'Ulivo 200g

Methods:

Prepare the toppings for the facial features of the toast faces. Use your fantasy to choose what to put and shape it. We used olives cutted in two for the eyes, the wax from the cheese to make the hair, and tomatos and gherkins for the nose and mouth.
Spread the tapenade onto the toast pieces and decorate. Let your imagination run wild!!
