A traditional pate from the Aveyron region of France, very much attached to its traditions, this region is synonymous with authenticity and epicurean pleasure especially in charcuterie. Roger Vidal pâtés and terrines owe their unique, refined taste to the very best choice of ingredients that go into their making. The high plateaux, the “Causses”, surrounding Roger Vidal are scattered with aromatic plants that have always been included in our regional culinary products, adding their delicious aromas. This inspired Roger to create this poultry pâté with green pepper corns.
