Treat mum to a cream tea this Mother’s day
Here at Hay hampers we love a cream tea, but now we are becoming extra expert at our cream tea hampers. The gift range has been increasing year on year and now we have introduced an entire page of afternoon tea gifts dedicated to the very British wonder of the combination of cream and jam!
The Birthday afternoon tea gift was one of our first and proved so extraordinarily popular but we realised that really given that it includes a birthday candle to blow out, rules it out a little for gifting on other occasions, such as Mother’s day gifting.
Now we have a whole range of cream teas perfect for every occasion – for your Mum on Mothering Sunday, for loved ones on Valentines or anniversaries. Or a simple thank you or get well – not to mention for summer party alternatives for our corporate customers.
Some come with prosecco, some with Champagne and some with no alcohol and just tea. Some in wicker baskets some in boxes some in gift bags, some in basket trays.
Some perfect for one person to truly indulge, some to share with two of you.
Some traditional with jam, some more ‘cutting edge’ with lemon curd!
