Torchiatone is a sweet cake with raisins ("pandolce" in Italian), which has the same consistency of panettone, to which after baking is added ‘Torchiato di Fregona’ straw wine. It comes in a glass jar where is cooked in. It won 3 stars at 2015 London’s Great Taste Award.
