Vintage Port & Stilton Hamper

A gift loved by customers for birthdays, anniversaries and Father's day. The mature stilton is made by the master cheesemakers at Cropwell Bishop Creamery, famous for their fine, hand-made cheeses. Rich and tangy in flavour, this punchy, blue-veined marvel has a velvety soft texture and has been aged for around 12 weeks to give it the distinctive flavour that makes this Stilton such a gastronomic pleasure. Artisan crackers and chutney enhance the flavours of the cheese even further.

To accompany these indulgent delights, there is a late bottled vintage port that perfectly partners with the flavours of the cheese. With its dark, opaque ruby colour and intense, powerful aromas, this is a port that evokes flavours such as blackberries, dark cherries and even a hint of chocolate. Aged in casks and bottled between four to six years for an unmistakable flavour.
