The Cantucci or Biscotti are crunchy cookies from Tuscany. Biscotti literally means twice (bis) cooked (cotti). These ones have been sourced from a bakery near Florence (a family business in its fifth generation) and contain chocolate chips. They are fantastic dipped in coffee or tea.

Handmade in Basilicata from local ingredients, the name <em>Ferricelli</em> puts the accent on how this pasta is made. It's spindled by means of rotation around a thin iron bar. <em>Ferricelli</em> goes very well with richer and thicker sauces.
