6oz Stork Margarine
6oz Caster Sugar
3 Eggs
6oz SR flour
Vanilla Essence Optional


1. Cream together stork and caster sugar. Add the beaten eggs very slowly, then add the flour.
2. Place the mixture into greased and lined tins. Bake for around 20-25 minutes at 190°.
3. Turn on to wire rack to cool.
