Our Port, Claret, Silton and Pate gift is a classic feast of gourmet food and wine. The claret wine from Bordeaux is dark purple in colour with a soft strawberry nose. Grahams Late Bottled Vintage Port with its dark, opaque ruby colour with a deep red rim, packed intensity and powerful aromas of freshly picked rich, dark blackberries, black cherries and hints of chocolate. Matured for four to six years in cask and five to six-year in the bottle and is 20% alcohol. Both wines are perfect partners for the award-winning creamy and tangy Classic Blue Stilton cheese from Cropwell Bishop, with pate, oatcakes, cheese straws and cornichons. An ideal birthday or Christmas gift for the food and wine connoisseur in your life!
