A butcher cooked, large Lincolnshire ham of 1.3kg would festoon any Christmas feast. Add to that Scottish smoked Venison, parsley stuffed Chine (a delicacy of our area), French duck pate terrine, Italian Salsiccia salami and Soppressata, not to mention the traditional Pork scratchings and you have a truly meaty feast! Combine with your left over turkey and you have a fine feast for Boxing Day. It also has some beer mustard, caramelised onion relish and mini farmhouse pickled onions with two types of cracker to enjoy the meat with. And a very fine Italian Barbera, a spicy, rounded and creamy medium bodied red well matched to meats.
