· Free Next Working day Delivery (Tuesday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm) to UK Mainland addresses. As this gift contains fresh foods we cannot dispatched it on a Friday as it cannot sit in a warehouse over the weekend so if you order between 15:00 on a Thursday and 15:00 on a Monday you will receive your item on the Tuesday.
· Non UK Mainland deliveries to Scottish Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland etc may take up to 2 days depending on transportation limitations. This is a free service. We cannot deliver to BFPO’s.
· Preferred delivery dates may be arranged up to 3 months in advance. This is a free service for weekdays. Saturdays are available at a surcharge of £12.50
· It is possible to arrange delivery to multiple addresses for different products within one order - select different addresses at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation for each address separately.
· Accurate delivery details must include: postal town, postcode and wherever possible both landline and mobile telephone numbers for the recipient
· All Deliveries require signatures - Will there be someone at home (8am-5.30pm)? If not, can a neighbour be nominated to accept the consignment, or can delivery be made to the recipient's workplace?

The Parco Di Sassi ‘Condimento’ vinegar is produced in Modena, northern Italy. It has been aged for six months, which gives it a sweet, light flavour perfect for salads and strawberries. Although this vinegar comes from the Modena region, due to rules and regulations in Italy, this is not classified as a true balsamic vinegar due to its low acidic content. This is why it is named ‘condimento’.
