Customer Service Representatives


Looking for an exciting opportunity? We’re looking for flexible, bright and enthusiastic candidates to come and work for us over the holiday period! We need people to help us out in our customer service support centre.

Initially contracts will be temporary over our busiest period (mid October 2016 - January 2017), however there is always an opportunity as we expand for permanent positions.

We offer:

You will be required to :

• represent our business at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism,
• process sales orders and deal directly with our customers regarding any issue that can arise
• answer calls, take orders and credit cards payment over the phone
• available for quite a few of extra hours during the month of December

You must have:

• positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation
• desire to succeed with a friendly personality
• proficient in using IT systems including Microsoft Excel
• able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• determination to resolve queries and reach a satisfactory conclusion
• able to communicate effectively at all levels and in a variety of formats e.g. verbally, written
