Choc Cake Christmas Pudding Truffles


Ingredients:


100g dark chocolate
100g white chocolate
Upto 300g left over chocolate cake
Upto 3 dsp chocolate spread
holly leaf and berry edible sprinkles


Method


1. Crumb up left over chocolate cake.
2. Add nutella or other chocolate spread-a dessert spoon at a time -until the crumbs bind together.
3. Roll into small balls and refrigerate.
4. Meanwhile melt 100g dark choc and dip the bottom half of the balls in.
5. Allow to harden.
6. Then melt 100g white choc and dip the top half in and top with holly leaf and berry edible sprinkles.
7. Serve with a nice glass of port and leave for Santa!
