We have called this the Lager BBQ as we imagine your beer loving Dad quaffing on the organic lager from the Freedom brewery, while nibbling on a pizza flavoured breadstick or a taralli dough ring with the other hand masterfully managing the BBQ.

Why not finish off the burgers with a slice of the wood smoked (award winning) cheddar for an extra smokey hit then a slice of the salami gently warmed on the top to gently seep its extra spiced meaty flavours - then some of the spicy salsa in place of ketchup. Or try hasselbacking the salami and barbequing whole then dipping the chips into the salsa...
